32I Power of Department Head to renew licences On the expiration of a licence granted under this Part, the Department Head may renew the licence. S. 32IA inserted by No. 60/2015 s. 40. 32IA Considerations for renewal of licence In renewing a licence under this Part the Department Head may have regard to the following matters— (a) if the licence holder is a natural person, whether or not the licence holder is a fit and proper person to hold the licence; (b) if the licence holder is a body corporate, whether or not each director or officer of the body corporate who does or may exercise control over the activities carried out under the licence is a fit and proper person to be a director or officer of the body corporate that holds the licence; (c) whether or not the licence holder has been convicted or found guilty of an offence under this Act or the regulations; (d) whether or not the licence holder has failed to comply with a licence condition; (e) any other relevant matter.
