29A Considerations for grant of scientific procedures premises licence In granting a scientific procedures premises licence the Department Head may have regard to the following matters— (b) if the applicant is a body corporate, whether or not each director or officer of the body corporate who does or may exercise control over the activities carried out under the licence is a fit and proper person to be a director or officer of such a licence holder; S. 30 amended by No. 77/1995 s. 30(1)(a)(b), substituted by No. 103/2003 s. 37.
