24L Additional power of entry for specialist inspectors A specialist inspector may, for the purposes of Part 2, this Part or regulations under this Act, and with the prior written authority of the Minister— (a) enter premises (that is not a person's dwelling), in or on which an animal or animals are housed or grouped for any purpose; and (b) inspect any animal, plant, equipment or structure on the premises; and (c) observe any practice being conducted in connection with the management of an animal or animals on the premises.
