24A Additional powers that may be exercised on emergency entry A POCTA inspector who enters premises under this Division may— (a) inspect and take photographs (including video recordings), or make sketches of the premises or any animal or thing in or on the premises; (b) take and keep samples of or from any animal or thing in or on the premises; (c) open any container at the premises for the purpose of inspecting, or taking a sample of, its contents but must reseal the container after the inspection is made or the sample is taken.
