17E Conditions on licences and permits (1) Each licence and permit under this Division is subject to any conditions that the Department Head imposes on the licence or permit or the class of licence or permit. (2) The holder of a licence under this Division must comply with the conditions on the licence imposed by the Department Head under subsection (1). (3) The holder of a permit under this Division must comply with the conditions on the permit imposed by the Department Head under subsection (1). (4) Each licence and permit under this Division is subject to any conditions prescribed by regulations under this Act for the licence or permit or the class of licence or permit to which the licence or permit belongs.
