22 Director may require audit
(1) If the Director believes it appropriate to do so, the Director may, by notice in writing given to a person carrying on a funeral business or a custodian, require the person or custodian to conduct an audit of a funeral trust within 28 days after the notice is given and at the expense of the funeral trust.
(2) An audit required by the Director under subsection (1) is to provide such information as the Director considers appropriate to satisfy the purposes of this Act.
(3) A person carrying on a funeral business or a custodian must comply with the requirements of this section.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
