5. Approved manner and timeframes
Where:
(a) this Scheme requires something to be done in a manner or within a timeframe approved by the Chief Executive Medicare or the Secretary; and
(b) the PSS contract sets out the manner or the timeframe in which that thing is to be done,
the requirement in the PSS contract is taken to be the manner or the timeframe approved by the Chief Executive Medicare or the Secretary, as the case requires, in which the thing is to be done.
