#### 29 Court may be constituted by another judge 29 Court may be constituted by another judge > The powers, authorities, duties and functions which are required or permitted to be exercised or performed by the court to which a person has given an undertaking under this Act may be exercised or performed by that court, whether or not it is constituted by the same judge as that to whom the undertaking was given.
