#### 27 Requirement to appear or issue of warrant on breach 27 Requirement to appear or issue of warrant on breach > If it appears to the court to which a person has given an undertaking under this Act that the person has failed to comply with the undertaking or the requirements made by or under this Act or the regulations, the court may require the person to appear before the court in accordance with the undertaking or may issue a warrant for the arrest of the person and directing that the person be brought before the court as soon as possible after arrest.
