#### 25 Person may be released from undertaking 25 Person may be released from undertaking > > (1) The court to which a person has given an undertaking under this Act may at any time, on the application of the person, release the person from that undertaking. > > > (2) Where a court releases a person from an undertaking given under this Act in respect of a child sexual assault offence, it may sentence or otherwise deal with the person for the offence as if the undertaking had not been given. > > **s 25:** Am 1993 No 7, Sch 1 (13).
