96 Who is eligible to sign an appointment form at the direction of the principal? (1) A person is eligible to sign an appointment form for a supportive attorney appointment at the direction of the principal if the person— (a) is of or over 18 years of age; and (b) is not a witness to the signing of the appointment form; and (c) is not a supportive attorney under the supportive attorney appointment. (2) To avoid doubt, a person is not excluded from being eligible to sign an appointment form at the direction of the principal merely because the person is an employee of a supportive attorney for the principal who signs the form while the person is acting in the ordinary course of that employment.
