79 Time limit for application for order for compensation (1) An application for an order for compensation under this Division must be made— (a) if the principal has died, within 6 months after that death; or (b) if the attorney has died, within 6 months after that death; or (c) if both the principal and the attorney have died, within 6 months after the first death. (2) The Supreme Court or VCAT may extend the time specified under subsection (1).
