76 Protection if acting on advice, direction or order of Court or VCAT An attorney under an enduring power of attorney who acts in compliance with any advice, direction or order of the Supreme Court or VCAT is taken to have complied with this Act unless the attorney knowingly gave the Court or VCAT false or misleading information relevant to the advice, direction or order.
