60 Form of resignation If section 59(1)(a) or (b) or (3) applies to the resignation of an attorney under an enduring power of attorney, the resignation must be in the prescribed form. See section 53 of the **Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984** for the effect of a form in or to the like effect of the prescribed form.
