141 Transitional provision—non-enduring powers of attorney The amendments made to the **Instruments Act 1958** by section 144(1) of this Act are not to be taken to affect the validity of an old non-enduring power of attorney and the law as in force under the **Instruments Act 1958** immediately before the commencement of section 144(1) is taken to continue to have effect in relation to the old non‑enduring power of attorney.
