113 Notification of resignation (1) A person who resigns as supportive attorney or alternative supportive attorney under section 111 must take all reasonable steps to inform the following persons of the resignation— (b) any other supportive attorney and alternative supportive attorney. (2) A failure by the supportive attorney or alternative supportive attorney to give a notification under this section does not affect the validity of the resignation.
