71 Protection if court or ACAT orders etc
(1) This section applies if a court or the ACAT gives an order or direction
in relation to the exercise of power under a power of attorney.
(2) An attorney who acts in accordance with the order or direction is
taken to have complied with this Act.
(3) However, subsection (2) does not apply in relation to the order or
direction if the attorney knowingly gave the court or ACAT false or
misleading information relevant to the order or direction.
