63 Attorney’s impaired decision-making capacity for power
of attorney
If an attorney under a power of attorney becomes a person with
impaired decision-making capacity, the power of attorney is revoked
in relation to the attorney.
Note A person must not be taken to have impaired decision-making capacity
only because of certain attributes or behaviours (see s 91).
