62 Effect of bankruptcy of individual attorney
(a) an attorney under an enduring power of attorney is an individual;
and
(b) the attorney becomes bankrupt or personally insolvent.
(2) The power of attorney is revoked to the extent that it gives power to
the attorney in relation to property matters.
