51Compensation under s 50 and later civil proceeding

51 Compensation under s 50 and later civil proceeding (a) compensation for an attorney’s failure to comply with this Act is paid in accordance with an order under section 50; and (b) a later civil proceeding is brought in relation to the same failure.
