41G Interested person may apply to ACAT for review of
attorney’s decision
(1) An interested person for a principal may apply to the ACAT for
review of the decision of the attorney to consent, or refuse to consent,
to the principal participating in low-risk research under section 41C
or medical research under section 41D.
