#### 5 Vacancy in office of attorney 5 Vacancy in office of attorney (cf 1919 No 6, s 163G (3)) > For the purposes of this Act, there is a vacancy in the office of an attorney if— > > > (a) the appointment of the attorney is revoked, or > > > (b) the attorney renounces the power, or > > > (c) the attorney dies, or > > > (d) the attorney becomes bankrupt, or > > > (e) where the attorney is a corporation, the corporation is dissolved, or > > > (f) the attorney, by reason of any physical or mental incapacity, ceases to have the capacity to continue to act as an attorney, or > > > (g) in such other circumstances as may be prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this paragraph.
