#### 32 Effect of orders made by Supreme Court under this Division 32 Effect of orders made by Supreme Court under this Division (cf 1919 No 6, s 163E (6)) > If the Supreme Court makes an order under this Division confirming a power of an attorney (whether in whole or in part), any act done by the attorney after the order takes effect that is within the scope of the power is, to the extent it is confirmed, taken to be as good for all purposes and between all persons as if, at the time when the order took effect, the principal were of full capacity and had in due form confirmed the power of attorney to the extent of the order of confirmation.
