#### 163D Definitions 163D Definitions > In this Division— > > incommunicate, in relation to a person, means under such a handicap of body or mind, by way of coma or paralysis or otherwise, whether or not induced by any drug or by medical or other treatment, that the person is unable to receive communications respecting the person’s property or affairs, or to express the person’s will respecting the person’s property or affairs. > > protected power of attorney means a power of attorney referred to in section 163F (2).
