POUNDS REGULATIONS 2001 Regulations under the Pounds Act 1930 1 Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Pounds Regulations 2001. 2 Poundage fees The poundage fees payable in relation to impounded cattle (other than sucklings under the age of 6 months) are set out in the Schedule. 3 Repeal The Pounds Regulations, Regulations 1967, No. 27, are repealed.
