#### 38 Directions given by Registrar in Bankruptcy
Where a direction given by the Registrar in Bankruptcy under section 79 of the Bankruptcy Act 1966‑1973 was in force immediately before the commencing day, it continues in force, on and after that day, for the remainder of the period for which it was given, and:
(a) to the extent to which it applies to postal articles, the Australian Postal Commission shall comply with that direction; and
(b) to the extent to which it applies to telegrams, the Australian Telecommunications Commission shall comply with that direction.
