Terms used in this Act In this Act — the Agreement means the agreement of which a copy is set forth in the Schedule 1 to this Act, and if the Agreement is added to or varied or any of its provisions are cancelled, in accordance with the provisions of clause 37 thereof, includes the Agreement as so altered from time to time; the Company has the same meaning as it has in, and for the purposes of, the Agreement; the termination agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set out in Schedule 3 to this Act; the variation agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set out in Schedule 2 to this Act.
