94 Application of Part This Part applies in relation to an aid that is within Northern Territory waters, or on land within the Territory, other than an aid that is, under the Navigation Act 2012 (Cth), the property of, or under the control of: (a) the Commonwealth; or (b) the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (established by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority Act 1990 (Cth)).
