88 Offences (a) the person provides pilotage services in a pilotage area; and (b) the person is not a pilotage services provider for the area. (2) A pilotage services provider commits an offence if: (a) the pilotage services provider provides pilotage services; and (b) in providing the pilotage services, the pilotage services provider contravenes a condition specified in the provider's appointment.
