78 Suspension or cancellation (1) If a pilotage authority, after receiving a report under section 83(5), is satisfied as to any of the matters mentioned in section 82(1), it may cancel or suspend, for any period that it thinks fit, the pilotage licence held by the licensed pilot in respect of whom the inquiry was held. (2) A pilotage exemption certificate may be cancelled or suspended at any time if, in the opinion of the pilotage authority, the holder is unfit to continue to hold the certificate.
