77 Form of pilotage licence and exemption certificate (1) A pilotage licence or pilotage exemption certificate must: (a) be in the approved form; and (b) specify the pilotage area in respect of which it is issued. (2) A pilotage licence has effect for 3 years from the date it is issued. (3) A pilotage exemption certificate has effect for 2 years from the date it is issued.
