75 Application for pilotage licence or exemption certificate (1) A person may apply in writing to a pilotage authority for a pilotage licence or pilotage exemption certificate in respect of a pilotage area for which it is the pilotage authority. (2) An application for renewal of a pilotage licence or pilotage exemption certificate may be made in the same manner as the original application was made.
