49 Application of Dangerous Goods Act 1998 For the application of the Dangerous Goods Act 1998 to water and land constituting a designated port: (a) any reference in that Act to a vehicle is taken to include a vessel; and (b) any reference in that Act to a load on a vehicle is taken, in relation to a vessel, to be a reference to cargo; and (c) Parts 4 and 5 of that Act have effect as if dangerous goods within the meaning of those Parts had the same meaning as in this Act.
