166Access policies

166 Access policies (1) This section applies to an access policy approved under the former Act that was the access policy of a private port operator immediately before the commencement. (2) On the commencement, the access policy is taken to be an access policy approved under section 127 that: (a) states that it nominally expires on 30 June 2022; and (b) is in accordance with the requirements prescribed by regulation.
