159 Port safety plan for Port of Darwin (1) This section applies to a port safety plan approved under section 20A of the Darwin Port Corporation Act 1983 that is in force immediately before the commencement. (2) On and from the commencement, the plan is taken to be a port safety plan for the Port of Darwin approved by the regional harbourmaster for that port under Part 5, Division 1.
