141 Port operator must comply with direction (1) A port operator of a designated port commits an offence if: (a) the regional harbourmaster gives a direction to the port operator under section 139(1)(a); and (b) the port operator fails to comply with the direction. (4) A port operator does not contravene the marine legislation merely by complying with the direction.
