131 Information required by Regulator (1) The Regulator may, by written notice given to a private port operator, at any time require the private port operator to give, within the period specified in the notice, information of a kind so specified on: (a) any matter arising out of a report under section 130(1) or (2); or (b) the private port operator's compliance with section 124(1) or 125(1). (1A) The Regulator may, by written notice given to a private pilotage provider, at any time require the provider to give, within the period specified in the notice, information of a kind so specified on the provider's compliance with section 124(1) or 125(1). (2) A notice given under subsection (1) or (1A) is taken to be a notice given under section 25(1) of the Utilities Commission Act 2000.
