130 Reporting (1) A private port operator must, no later than 30 September in each year, make an annual report to the Regulator on any material instance of non-compliance with the operator's access policy that occurred during the immediately preceding financial year. (2) In addition, a private port operator must make any other report on a material instance of non-compliance with its access policy that is required by regulation. (3) A report under subsection (1) or (2) must be prepared in accordance with any guidelines issued under section 128.
