107 Part does not apply to recreational vessels This Part does not apply to: (a) a pleasure craft as defined in section 7(1) of the Marine Act 1981; or (b) a hire-and-drive vessel (as defined in section 7(1) of the Marine Act 1981) used solely for pleasure; or (c) a vessel used for an expedition organised for reward, fee or other valuable consideration so as to enable people to engage in: (i) amateur fishing; or (ii) sightseeing activities where the expedition is conducted wholly within a designated port.
