103 Notification of damage (a) an aid within a designated port, or that may affect the safety or convenience of marine navigation within a designated port, is damaged, destroyed or interfered with; and Ports Management Act 2015 83 (b) the person fails to report the damage, destruction or interference immediately to both the port operator of, and the regional harbourmaster for, the designated port. (2) Strict liability applies to subsection (1)(b).
