102 Offences in relation to aids (1) This section applies with respect to an aid that: (2) A person must not damage or destroy the aid. (3) A person commits an offence if the person engages in conduct that: (a) results in the view of the aid being obstructed in a manner that lessens its efficiency; or (b) hinders the effective use of the aid. (4) A person must not be in or on: (a) the aid; or (b) any enclosed area of land on which the aid is situated. (5) An offence against subsection (2), (3) or (4) is an offence of strict subsection (2), (3) or (4) if the defendant has a reasonable excuse.
