#### 15 Temporary transfers (secondments) 15 Temporary transfers (secondments) > > (1) The Treasurer may, for the purposes of an authorised transaction, by order in writing temporarily transfer an employee of a port SOC to the service of another public sector agency or to the service of an employer in the private sector. > > > (2) A person may be temporarily transferred under this section at the person’s existing level of remuneration or at a higher level of remuneration. > > > (3) A person who is temporarily transferred under this section remains an employee of the port SOC concerned (unless and until the person’s employment is transferred under another provision of this Part).
