> Transport for NSW may invest money in the Waterways Fund—
>
> > (a) if Transport for NSW is a GSF agency for the purposes of Part 6 of the [Government Sector Finance Act 2018](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2018-055)—in any way that Transport for NSW is permitted to invest money under that Part, or
>
> > (b) if Transport for NSW is not a GSF agency for the purposes of Part 6 of the [Government Sector Finance Act 2018](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2018-055)—in accordance with the [Trustee Act 1925](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1925-014) or in any other way approved by the Minister with the concurrence of the Treasurer.
