#### 15 Other provisions relating to operating licence 15 Other provisions relating to operating licence > > (1) An operating licence may impose conditions and restrictions on the exercise of port safety functions under the licence. > > > (2) The initial term of an operating licence is to be for a maximum of 5 years, as determined by the Minister.
