108 Service of documents
(1) A document may be served on the Port Corporation or Transport for NSW by leaving it at, or by sending it by post to—
(a) the office of the Port Corporation or Transport for NSW, or
(b) if the Port Corporation or Transport for NSW has more than one office—any one of its offices.
(2) Nothing in this section affects the operation of any provision of a law or of the rules of a court authorising a document to be served on the Port Corporation or Transport for NSW in any other manner.
