2A Use of certain land at Heatherbrae

(1) This clause applies to the following land—

(a) 2285 Pacific Highway, Heatherbrae, being Lot 1, DP 350551,

(b) 5 Rainbird Close, Heatherbrae, being Lot 1, DP 264023,

(c) 3 Rainbird Close, Heatherbrae, being Lot 2, DP 264023,

(d) 1 Kingston Parade, Heatherbrae, being Lot 3, DP 264023,

(e) 2283 Pacific Highway, Heatherbrae, being part Lot 101, DP 807522.

(2) Development for any of the following purposes is permitted with development consent—

(a) service stations,

(b) restaurants or cafes,

(c) take away food and drink premises.
