91U Ministerial directions if port of Melbourne operator fails to prepare and submit a Rail Access Strategy (1) This section applies if the port of Melbourne operator fails to prepare and submit a Rail Access Strategy in accordance with section 91Q. (2) The Minister, by written notice given to the port of Melbourne operator, may direct the operator to prepare and submit a Rail Access Strategy to the Minister by the date specified in the direction. (3) The date specified in a direction under subsection (2) must be at least 3 months after the date of the direction. (4) The port of Melbourne operator must comply with a direction given to it under subsection (2). S. 91V inserted by No. 10/2016 s. 156.
