88Y Directions to maintain or improve safety and security (1) The port of Melbourne operator, for the purpose of maintaining or improving safety and security on leased port of Melbourne land, may give directions that regulate or prohibit any of the following activities on that land— (a) the driving, stopping and parking of vehicles; (b) the movement, handling or storage of goods; (c) any activity that may pose a risk to safety or security on that land.
