86 Provisions as to restricted access area declarations (1) A restricted access area declaration— (a) must be made by instrument published in the Government Gazette; and (b) may describe an area by reference to a map, plan or otherwise. (2) A restricted access area declaration takes effect— (a) on the day that it is published in the Government Gazette; or (b) if a later day is specified in the declaration, on that day. (3) A restricted access area declaration remains in force, for the period specified in the declaration, unless the declaration is sooner revoked, but, in any case, for no more than 12 months.
