73V Effect of suspension of towage service licence (1) This section applies if a licence holder's towage service licence is suspended under this Division. (2) During the period of the suspension of the towage service licence— (a) the towage service licence is taken not to be in effect; and (b) the person is taken not to be a licence holder; and (c) the person is disqualified from applying for a towage service licence.
